James davis
Founder & Managing Member
With over three decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, James Davis has played an active role in shaping the field. After graduating from Texas A&M University - College Station in 1990, he embarked on a journey that led him to his current position as the Founder & Managing Member of Illuminated Telecom.
Throughout his career, James has held various positions such as Wide Network Area Analyst, Field Customer Engineer, System Engineer, and Sales Representative. James also served as the President and co-owner of a regional telecommunications company, which he successfully sold to a larger regional telecommunications company after 15 years. Following the acquisition, James assumed the role of Vice President of Outside Plant Engineering and Construction until his retirement in 2022.
Currently, as the Managing Member of Illumitel, he provides strategic direction and oversees the company's financial operations.
